Training Programs Focused on Value
Long-term value from a vehicle tracking solution starts with a good training program. Your staff must understand how the system applies to their job and how it will make their tasks easier.
Calamity Software has years of expertise in helping clients implement, operate, manage and improve business process automation. As your team learns the system and becomes more familiar with it, training will help them use it consistently and effectively. We understand that training programs must be flexible to fit the needs of the customer as well as those who will be using the system.
For small and medium-sized customers we typically conduct training sessions online using Webex® to make things convenient and efficient for customers with tight schedules or with users across office locations.
- New customer training is included in our base price
- Training can be brief (1 hour session) or more in-depth (2 hour session) or can be split into multiple sessions to allows users time to gain experience and ask more detailed questions
- We actively follow-up with new customers within 60 days of training to ensure they are getting value from the system and answering any questions they may have
For enterprise customers our Implementation & Project Management program will tailor training needs to fit your organization. This typically include on-premise training and “train the trainer" sessions for administrators and key users.
